This project was our very first pure flip where we sold it right after renovations. This home is a brick tri level single family home built in 1975. The goal for this project was to open up the main level space, update the 3 bathrooms, and freshen up the rest of the house with new paint, flooring, and lighting. With the back living room having 6 huge windows to bring in natural light into the main level, the dining room wall still made the whole space feel pretty dark and tight. Opening up the dining room to the kitchen brightened up the space and allowed for a more functional and contiguous space.
