This project required some careful consideration before we could decide on a design strategy. We discussed expanding the master bathroom, but ultimately chose not to in order to preserve the three bedrooms and two bathrooms, including a generously sized master bedroom, on the main level. Nonetheless, the remainder of the home had a solid floor plan and required only modernization. The home’s location in a desirable neighborhood and its nearly half-acre lot were both positives. Overall, it was a very fulfilling project.
