This project was our most ambitious renovation outside of our primary home. This home is a 5000+ sq ft walkout ranch built in 1999. The goal for this project was to open up the main level space slightly, update the bathrooms and kitchen, and freshen up the rest of the house with new paint, flooring, and lighting. One of the extra rooms in the basement was turned into a theater room. Overall, it was a pretty big project just given the size of the home, but the home was in great shape, so most of the renovation budget went into renovations, not into fixing broken items.
