Ifiok Udowana
Hi, I’m Ifiok Udowana but everyone calls me Ifi. I’m focused on working with buyers and sellers in the Northern Colorado and Denver Markets. My goal is to help people find the best deal in a home they can invest in and/or sell their homes in the shortest time possible for the best value. It is important to know that I take the opportunity to work with you or anyone you refer to me very seriously. I love my job and this enables me to make your real estate transaction as fun and stress-free as possible. I’m very easy to work with, completely accessible and highly motivated to ensure all of our clients are happy and satisfied with their transactions.
If you are thinking of relocating, or just simply wanting advice, I’d be happy to discuss some marketing ideas and proactive strategies that can help you in moving forward with your home buying or selling goals.
You’re probable wondering by now where my name is from. Well, I was born in Kinshasa Zaire (now known as the Democratic Republic of Congo), grew up in Nigeria, and moved to the US (Savannah, Georgia) when I was 16. I have many unique stories and experiences to share! I ended up in Fort Collins, (which I absolutely love and cannot see myself living anywhere else now,) after graduating from Georgia Tech (Go Yellow Jackets). I got my degree in Computer Science and started working for a tech company called Intel. I later got a dual masters’ in Computer Engineering and Business. After several years, I still felt like something was missing in my career, which is when I decided to pursue my life-long passion for real estate.
Now, I spend my time buying and selling homes and designing software for a living. In my free time, I enjoy traveling, playing soccer, snowboarding, hanging out in town with friends, and enjoying this beautiful Colorado weather. I can truly say that being in real estate has made my life absolutely fulfilling and I enjoy every second of it.

Hi, I’m Simenah! I love working with my clients and I am especially passionate about first time home-buyers. It’s absolutely rewarding helping someone navigate through the real estate market and home buying process and ultimately assisting them in buying that first home that they will love and cherish. My approach is fun, personalized and laid back, yet very communicative and professional.
I’ve always been interested in Real Estate but didn’t see it as a career early on. I obtained my Bachelor of Science at Colorado State University, here in Fort Collins and studied Industrial Organizational Psychology, focusing on Human Resources and Management Practices. After college, I worked as a large retail store manager. Feeling unfulfilled, I decided to pursue my interest in real estate and passion for people and became a licensed associate broker in the state of Colorado. I wanted to focus on personalized service that is catered to each individual client and that’s how Hitch Realty was born. Me and my husband, Ifi, decided to create a business that would satisfy our goal for exceptional customer service and individualized client care and satisfaction. We wanted Hitch to be a company where our clients can know that they will always be taken care of in the best possible way.
I love Colorado and Fort Collins and love to explore this beautiful state. When I’m not watching home improvement shows or anything around food competitions on TV, I enjoy watching and talking football (I grew up with 5 brothers!), getting lost in a book or hanging out in Old Town Fort Collins. I try to take advantage of the 300+ days of sunshine and the MANY breweries this town offers to hang out with friends and family.

Proud Colorado native and CSU grad here! After traveling the world and living in many different places, my love for this great state has only grown. I am thrilled to have put down my roots in Colorado, the place I have always called home.
I help buyers and sellers in all of Northern Colorado, and work hard to make the process as stress free and enjoyable for everyone involved. I pride myself on being a very communicative agent, with a high standard of professionalism and satisfaction. My passion for helping and working with people, along with my love and knowledge of the area allows me to be successful in navigating what is often one of the most important decisions of people’s lives.
I am committed to going above and beyond with every client. I will be there every step of the way, and I always go after everything 110%. Whether it’s buying or selling a home, it would be a privilege to make the process as enlightening, seamless, and enjoyable as it should be!
For a little bit of background, I earned a double degree in International Studies and Spanish with a minor in Business at CSU. I’ve worked for a study abroad company, lived for two years and taught high school English in Madrid, Spain, and enjoyed five years as a flight attendant, based first in New Jersey, then Denver. Having been born in Colorado Springs and raised in Fort Collins, I am happy my path in life led to returning home to be close to my family and friends and an extremely rewarding career.
In my free time I love running, hiking, practicing yoga (I also teach twice a week at a studio in Fort Collins!), trying to play golf, and of course, I still love to travel!

Hello, I’m Tony. I’m really excited to join the Hitch Realty team! I studied Psychology at Colorado State University (CSU) and engaged in numerous mentor and leadership positions because I love helping people. I get such a deep sense of fulfillment whenever I can support others and facilitate personal growth.
Right before I graduated, I studied abroad through a program called Semester at Sea, where I circumnavigated the world on a ship in a little over 100 days. I was very blessed to have such a life-changing educational voyage across ten countries (Spain, Morocco, Ghana, South Africa, Mauritius, India, Singapore, Vietnam, China, and Japan)!
After graduating from college, I unfortunately did not find any fulfilling jobs. I wanted to head in a new direction in my life, so I applied and was accepted to CSU’s two-year Master’s Degree in Student Affairs in Higher Education. Throughout my graduate program, I incorporated student development knowledge with education administration to provide international students with housing accommodations and a transformative living-learning experience.
For the last four years, I have been fortunate to work at CSU as an academic advisor who helps undeclared students explore their values, skills, and interests to match an area of study that excites them. I use my philosophy of holistic advising to support my students and advocate for their best interests.
While I value utilizing data to help people make informed decisions, I also understand the importance of listening and supporting the individual on their personal journey. I am committed to guiding my clients throughout their real estate transaction with professionalism and personalized care. I approach life with humor and patience, so you can expect to have quite a few laughs when you are working with me in this exciting real estate market!

Tate Downing
Hi, I’m Tate! I grew up in Southern California, studied business at Baylor University, then migrated to the beautiful Fort Collins area. I now study Organization and Innovation Management at Colorado State University. I am thrilled to be an agent with Hitch Realty and officially part of the team.
I got my real estate license because of two reasons. 1: Real estate has always had my attention because every property is uniquely different with its own distinguishing features, making it the most fascinating worldwide market. And 2: I love meeting new people and building relationships so I hope to get to meet you, work with you, and help you find a home.
In my free time, you can catch me at the gym, snowboarding the beautiful Rockies, walking around Old Town, or spending the day at Horsetooth Reservoir.
I am blessed to be able to work in such a fulfilling career that isn’t all about the money, but about serving and connecting with others
