We’re investors, owners, property managers. Like you, we’re invested in this market and our community. We have an eye for that diamond in the rough and know what it takes to make it shine. Here are some of our renovations and updates we’ve done on investments and rental properties over the years. We can help you achieve similar goals.
Marion Project
Entering Marion, we loved its character and quirkiness, renovating for practicality while preserving charm with additions like a walk-in closet and an open layout.
44th Project
The project involved considering whether to expand the master bathroom, but ultimately the existing layout was preserved, and the rest of the home needed only modernization.
Whitney Project
The property had a lot of potential but required a complete overhaul, both interior and exterior. The goal was to give it fresh and modern updates and amenities while also paying homage to its earlier mid century modern era.
Ogden Project
This was our most ambitious project at the time, given that the size of the house. The home was in great shape and built in 1999 with pretty open floor plan, so the strategy was to modernize the home with color changes, bathroom materials, new paint and flooring
Ash Project 1
This "modern mountain cabin" reno was a fun one. We had to come out with some creative ideas to make a more functional and livable floorplan. Check it out
Patton Project
This was by far our most involved and expensive project to date. Turned out pretty well.
Washington Project
We bought this property with the goal of turning it from a 2bed 2 bath condo to a 3 bed 2 bath condo, thereby increasing both the property value and rental value.
22nd Project
This was our first true flip project that where we sold immediately after renovations.
